Q: Will these labels damage my mixer?
A: No. We use a specific “Removable” adhesive vinyl. It is designed to stick firmly for months but peel off in one piece without leaving sticky “goo” behind.
Q: How long do they last?
A: For indoor use (Studios, Churches), they easily last 6–12 months. For heavy touring (outdoors, daily setup/teardown), we recommend replacing them every tour leg or 3 months.
Q: Can I order just one label?
A: We sell our labels in “Stage Packs” of 5. Since most bands and church teams have multiple mixers, this ensures everyone has matching labels (and gives you a few backups just in case!).
Q: My band has specific channel names. Can I customize them?
A: 100%. You type exactly what you want on each channel. “Kick,” “Snare,” “Tracks,” or even “Dave’s Mic.” What you type is what we print.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within the United States via USPS First Class Mail.
Q: How long does it take to print my order?
A: We like to move fast. Most orders are printed and shipped the next business day. However, depending on our current volume (especially during busy holiday or festival seasons), please allow up to 5 business days for production before your order ships.
Q: Can I get my labels faster?
A: Yes, but it costs a bit more.
- Standard Shipping (Free): Sent via USPS First Class Letter (Untracked). usually arrives in 3–7 business days.
- Priority Shipping ($10.95): Sent via USPS Priority Mail (Tracked). Usually arrives in 2–3 business days.
- Note: We know $10.95 is steep compared to the price of the labels! This is a flat rate we pass directly from the post office to ensure tracking and speed if you are in a tight deadline.
Q: Do you offer color labels?
A: Not at this time. We currently focus exclusively on High-Contrast Black & White.
- Why? In dark stage environments, high-contrast white text on black (or black on white) is the easiest to read. We are researching color options for future updates, but for now, we stick to what works best in the dark.
Q: What happens if I make a typo?
A: Because our process is automated to keep costs low, we print exactly what you type. Please double-check your spelling and channel numbers before hitting “Add to Cart”! (The visual proof on the screen is exactly what will print).
Q: Where is my tracking number?
A: To keep our labels affordable (and ship them for free), our standard “Stage Packs” are mailed in standard envelopes via USPS First Class Letter service. This means there is no tracking number for standard free shipping. If you absolutely need tracking, please select the Priority Mail option at checkout.
